BUILD NOTES / THE WORKSHOP

A workshop,
now a business.

A new milestone, and a practical next step: make useful things for people.

Give the work a home.

Rourke Labs is now the registered name for my work as a sole proprietor. It is still me at the workbench: making art, putting older devices to use, and building small tools that make a task easier.

The next step is to turn that work into useful, clearly scoped projects for other people.

Start with a job we can check.

I offer offline-device setups for compatible phones and laptops people already own: agreed maps and reading material, a connection-off check, and simple handoff notes.

I also build small AI workflows with human review. We choose one repeated task, define a useful output and the rules it must pass, then keep the result available for your review.

Before work starts, we agree the scope, price, delivery, any account or usage costs, and the support included. The project notes show what I have tried and what the checks actually established.

Bring one concrete example.

A device model and the references you need, or one repeated task and the result you want, is a useful starting point. See the two offers and send an inquiry.

Field Library's download and USB kit remain prototypes. This business milestone does not make them qualified customer releases.
